Current Topic -  ‘Water, Water, Everywhere’ - Summer Term 5

This term we are learning about water, including how rivers are formed and the water cycle. We will be discussing the impact humans have on the environment and how settlements develop around rivers . Our English texts are ‘The River’  by Patricia Hegarty and  'Where on Earth? Rivers’ by Susie Brooks. Using these books as a starting point, we will be writing explanation texts.

In Art, we will be learning about Seurat and the pointillism style of painting.
